Sometimes, a product may not work out as expected. ProFlowUSA takes pride in its products and services. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of shipment for returns or exchanges using the address below.
You must submit an RMA form, as many products are customized to meet specific customer needs. Include all order details on the RMA to help us process your request quickly.
The product must be in its original packaging, in re-sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase for a refund or exchange.
We will apply a 15% handling and restocking fee to your credit. Customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Report any damaged products caused by shipping or shipping errors immediately.

To qualify for our “No Questions Asked” return policy, the following conditions must be met:
We shipped and invoiced the item directly to you, ensuring that we processed and sent it from our warehouse. Therefore, to be eligible for a return or exchange, you must have received the item within the last 30 days from the date of shipment.
Additionally, the item should not have been damaged during shipment. If any issues arise, please report them immediately to ensure proper handling.
Furthermore, you must include all original boxing, packaging, and crating materials. These should remain intact, as this helps guarantee the safe return of the item and its proper re-stocking.
It’s also important to note that the product must be a standard catalog item, not customized, specially engineered, or “manufactured to print.” Custom and specially ordered items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Finally, when returning the item, make sure to include all manuals, inserts, and documentation that originally came with the product. This is necessary to complete the return or exchange process.
