PFUSA ships all domestic orders via UPS or by the most efficient motor freight method. Please note that online freight quotes are estimates and do not include applicable taxes.
You may also choose to ship your order collect or use third-party billing. To do so, simply provide your shipping instructions and account number. We will then remove the calculated freight charges from your order total.
We stock many products and make them available for immediate shipment. In most cases, we ship in-stock items within 1 to 3 business days after we accept the order. If an item requires assembly, we typically ship it within 3 to 5 business days.
For non-stocked items, longer-lead assemblies, or back-ordered products, we confirm delivery timelines via email.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before you reach the final checkout page, we will show you the cost of shipping. You will have the opportunity to cancel your order if you decide not to proceed.
Shipping Policy on Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Finally, Please contact us to confirm same day or expedited shipments. Please note that our Shipping Policy states, “Next Day Shipping” orders must arrive by 2pm EST for you to receive your purchase by the next business day.
If you prefer your own account used, we must receive that as early as possible to organized the shipping documentation. Shipping companies frequently used are UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS and Canadian Postal Service.
F.O.B. is at Point of Shipment. Orders are shipped complete unless otherwise specified.
